1. In your TIH account, click the Profile Icon in the main navigation bar and click Manage Content.
Don't see Manage Content?
You may not have the right account type. To contribute content on TIH, you need a Business Product User or a Business Product Admin account.
2. In the left navigation bar, click Add New Content.
3. In the Select a Category pop-up, click one of the categories.
4. In the Add Tourism Offering module pop-up, click Start here.
5. Fill in the relevant information of your Tourism Offering
6. Select Save as Draft to continue editing later.
7. Once completed, select Submit to submit your listing for STB's review.
8. If successful, you will see a pop-up message that your content has been successfully submitted for review, which will take up to 5 business days.
9. Once your listing is approved, it will be automatically published on TIH and you will be notified via email.
If your listing is rejected, an email outlining the reasons for rejection will be sent to you and the listing will be returned to your draft folder for you to make the necessary edits.

If you are a Business Product User, content deletion will require approval from your organisation's Business Product Admin.
You cannot retrieve information from a listing once it is deleted. If you want to save the information, edit listing and save as draft before deleting the listing. After deleting the listing, you will be able to retrieve its information under DRAFT.
