Restaurant Zén

A dish from Restaurant Zén

Invite your clients to embark on a gastronomical journey in Restaurant Zén, Swedish chef Björn Frantzén’s first-ever restaurant in Singapore. Well-known for his three-Michelin-starred Restaurant Frantzén in Stockholm, chef Frantzén has opened Zén on the premises previously occupied by the now-defunct two-Michelin-starred Restaurant André.

Within Zén’s intimate 24-seater restaurant, diners embark on a gastronomical journey anchored by chef Björn’s creative approach towards Nordic, French and Japanese cuisines. Comprising nine courses and canapes, this fixed menu costs S$450++ per diner and uses Frantzén’s meticulous techniques and hand-picked seasonal produce from around the region and beyond. Foodies looking for a lavish dining experience can enjoy this tasting menu as it is served progressively across three floors of the restaurant—canapes and aperitifs on its first floor, the main course on its second floor and lastly, dessert on its third floor.

Tables for each month will open for reservations on the 1st of that month at 10am, Singapore time.
