A melting pot of cultures, Singapore presents unique cuisines that showcase culinary influences from across Asia. Local gastronomy can be found in our numerous hawker centres, but for unique dining experiences that they will never forget, indulge your guests in these epicurean adventures.
Surprise your clients with an intimate encounter of theatrical and culinary artistry when you book them an evening with ANDSOFORTH. This pop-up restaurant specialises in combining entertainment and gastronomy to create unforgettable dining experiences, which are not only interactive but also immersive and amusing. Diners can dive into one-of-a-kind meals, where they too become characters in a whimsical story. Previous themes have ranged from “Dinner in Wonderland”, based on the novel and movie Alice in Wonderland, to a raucous mock-bidding war entitled “Auction Night”. Each location is kept secret and diners will be informed via SMS on the day of the event. If tourists are not reachable via text, details of the meal will be sent to their tour group leader. ANDSOFORTH accepts group bookings and customisation requests—with a maximum of 20 pax—via its hotline or website.

Enjoy the best views of Singapore’s iconic sights while savouring the Michelin Bib Gourmand’s list of recommended dishes. This special dining experience invites foodies to skip the long queues and get in the fast lane to Singapore’s most famous hawker offerings. Singapore GOURMETbus has partnered with locally celebrated establishments such as Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice, a favourite of the late celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain, and Kok Sen Restaurant, which serves zi char (dishes influenced by home-cooked Chinese food, meant for sharing). Your guests can have their meal on the top deck of this double-decker bus, or enjoy drinks in the free-seating lounge of its lower deck. While they have their meal, Singapore GOURMETbus will take them on a tour of the city centre and drive past notable landmarks and magnificent sights such as the Merlion Park, Chinatown, Singapore Flyer, and Marina Bay Sands®. At the end of the dining experience, diners can walk off their meal with a short stroll around Gardens by the Bay. The bus makes a 20- to 30-minute stop at this iconic park, which is home to thousands of plant species, along with the tallest indoor waterfall in the world, found in its Cloud Forest dome. Singapore GOURMETbus is wheelchair-accessible and conducts lunch, high tea and dinner services. Private charter rates are available for group bookings. Book online to enjoy a 10% discount.

Located along Kampong Glam’s vibrant walkways and dazzling décor, NOX - Dine in the Dark provides a stark contrast to this lifestyle district by serving dinner in a pitch-black dining room. This discerningly curated experience has won the establishment many awards. Invite your clients to plunge into the unknown waters of dining without the sense of sight, which will allow for refreshing experiences of otherwise familiar foods. Homegrown chef Desmond Lee, who used to work in three-Michelin-starred Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in London, prepares a new mystery menu every month, comprising 12 dishes that remain unknown until the big reveal afterward. Diners will embark on a heightened multisensory dining experience, where they have to find their cutlery in the dark and move around with the help of visually impaired staff. Your guests can also enjoy post-dinner cocktails at NOX’s warmly lit lounge. Vegetarian and vegan menus are available upon request, and dinner packages can be customised for groups. NOX - Dine in the Dark is suitable for children aged seven and above, and adults who are comfortable in pitch-black environments.

TongKang Riverboat Dining presents your guests with the unique opportunity to feast aboard Singapore’s last surviving pairs of tongkangs, light boats that once ferried people and cargo to and from this busy port. The venue provides picturesque views of the Singapore River, which functioned as the main artery to our trading port in previous centuries, and still pulsates as the epicentre of our energetic city today. Indulge your guests in premium cuts of Kurobuta Pork and Kobe Beef, cooked on sizzling volcanic serpentine stones, aboard these vintage vessels. A popular venue for after-hours drinks and corporate parties, TongKang Riverboat Dining is also happy to customise group packages.
