Introduction
Contribute Tourism Offerings and Media Assets to promote your tourism products and experiences to a wider audience. Only Business Product Admin and Business Product User accounts can contribute content to TIH.
Why contribute content to TIH
- Reach local customers: Tourism Offerings & Media Assets are extracted for use by several B2C travel platforms, such as the Visit Singapore Travel Guide App.
- Reach overseas customers: Tourism Offerings & Media Assets are extracted by overseas travel businesses to promote Singapore to domestic audiences. With TIH, your content can reach a wider audience to promote your tourism products and experiences worldwide.
Content Category Description
| Category | Description |
|---|---|
| Accommodations | Accommodations are establishments which provide visitors a place to stay for the duration of their time in Singapore. |
| Attractions | Attractions are permanent places of interest offering distinctive experiences. They may or may not be ticketed. |
| Events - Leisure | Events are short-term performances and experiences with definite start and end dates. |
| Events - Business | Business (MICE) events are B2B in nature and refer to association conventions/congresses, trade conferences and exhibitions held in Singapore, with definite start and end dates. |
| Food & Beverages | Establishments that prepare food and beverages as its main offering for sale and consumption. These include bars, restaurants, cafes, food courts, coffee shops, and eating houses. |
| Malls & Shops | Malls are large retail centres or developments that consist of many different lifestyle-related shops which usually cover, but are not limited to, areas like Retail, F&B, Entertainment, common amenities and services. Malls are also known as shopping centres. Shops are premises that are either within Malls or standalone, that sell and provide wide-ranging goods and services. |
| Precincts | Precincts are areas in Singapore with that lie within a defined boundary. |
| Tours | Tours are defined as visit(s) to one or more places or points of interest in Singapore, where the participants of the visit are provided live or pre-recorded commentary during the visit and are accompanied by an individual who is not a participant of the visit (e.g. tourist guide), or in-house tours that are conducted entirely within premises and conducted by, or through the appointment of the premise owners or operators. |

Content Guidelines
Please refer to the guidelines below when uploding your Tourism Offerings to TIH, all content submitted to TIH will be reviewed by the TIH team based on these guidelines. STB reserves the right to edit or remove content that does not meet the guidelines below.
