Business Product Admin

Learn what tasks a Business Product Admin can do. To become a Business Product Admin, register with CorpPass.


Business Product Admin Actions

Business Product Admins can perform the following actions:

 


Elevate Business Product User to Business Product Admin

  1. In your TIH Business Product Admin account, click the User icon in the main navigation bar and click My Dashboard.
  2. In the My Organisation box, click Manage User(s) to see a list of users from your organisation.
     
  3. Find the user you would like to elevate. Click the dropdown selection in the Role column.
  4. Set the user's role to Business Product Admin.

 


Deactivate Users

  1. In your TIH Business Product Admin account, click the User icon in the main navigation bar and click My Dashboard.
  2. In the My Organisation box, click Manage User(s) to see a list of users from your organisation.
  3. Find the user you would like to deactivate. Click the cross symbol in the Action column.
  4. If successful, the user will be Deactivated in the Status column.

 


Approve Requests

Your organisation's content can only be contributed and deleted with your approval.

  1. In your TIH Business Product Admin account, click the User icon  in the main navigation bar and click Manage Content.
  2. In the left navigation bar, click My Task to see a list of requests by Business Product Users in your organisation.

  3. Select the tick iconto approve requests or the cross iconto reject requests.

 


List on Business Directory

  1. In your TIH Business Product Admin account, click the User icon  in the main navigation bar and click My Settings.
  2. Click the checkbox to publish your business information.
