The One Singapore Experience is STB's strategy to transform the end-to-end destination experience for visitors to Singapore through the various technology enablers available on the Tourism Information and Services Hub (TIH), to create a seamless and personalised visitor journey. This in turn will help to drive visitor arrivals, tourism receipts and destination loyalty.

INTRODUCTION TO STB'S DIGITAL INITIATIVES


To enforce the visitor experience and achieve the One Singapore Experience, STB has rolled out several free travel software services that are available on the Tourism Information and Services Hub (TIH) through APIs, which can help businesses save developmental costs, as well as lower user acquisition costs:

1) VISIT SINGAPORE ACCOUNT (New)

 

What is it:

The Visit Singapore Account is a unique digital identifier for every visitor to access all essential travel services.

 

How does it benefit the Tourism Industry:

With the Visit Singapore Account login made available on businesses' digital platform, they are able to build insights on their customers' profiles and potentially lower usr acquisition costs.

2) VISITOR SINGAPORE PASS

 

What is it:

The Visit Singapore Pass is a single digital pass that provides visitors seamless access to participating experiences across Singapore using a universal ticketing standard.

 

How does it benefit the tourism industry:

The Visit Singapore Pass enables a more seamless visitor journey, reducing the need for physical tickets and minimising the waiting time at attractions. With the Visit Singapore Pass, business are able to better understand visitor' movements and spend patterns to uncover new product and partnership opportunities.
